Google DeepMind starts European robotics accelerator

Google DeepMind has launched a three-month program for early-stage robotics startups in Europe. Selected teams are expected to receive technical mentoring, product guidance and access to Gemini Robotics models.

The signal is practical: major AI labs are trying to connect multimodal models with useful robots, without presenting this as an immediate consumer product launch.
